ADCOTE™ 33-216

Adcote™ HS 33-216 is an ambient liquid, heat seal coating. Adcote™ HS 33-216 is a room temperature-applied fluid heat seal coating designed for application on solvent-stable substrates, such as polyester and oriented polypropylene films, laminated polyethylene structures, aluminum foil, and paper. Adcote™ HS 33-216 permits subsequent heat sealing to a variety of substrates, including aluminum foil, paper, and such plastics as polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, and polypropylene.

Features & Benefits

Coatings based on Adcote™ HS 33-216 are slightly hazy, have good blocking resistance, and good hot tack properties. Adcote™ HS 33-216 is specifically recommended as a heat activated coating for polyethylene and  polypropylene containers.
