ADCOTE™ 555

ADCOTE™ 555 is the polyester component of a two-component laminating adhesive when used with ADCOTE™ 536B, an isocyanate coreactant. This adhesive system is typically used to form strong chemical- and heat-resistant bonds to foil and various types of films, such as polyester, polyolefin, and metallized polyester. It is used to create strong bonds with substrates containing slip additives. This system is mainly used in flexible packaging for food and medical products. It may also be used to create laminates for industrial applications.
