Cable Wrap

Cable wraps for industrial cables are typically a multi-layer film consisting of a foil barrier layer, polyester, and polyethylene. These wraps form a protective barrier around cables to protect them from heat, abrasion, moisture, and weathering. Often an adhesive is necessary to ensure the foil barrier layer maintains firmly in place and the integrity of the cable wrap remains intact in harsh environments. The Dow adhesives listed below offer outstanding bond strength, excellent weathering resistance, and are recommended for cable wrap applications.
