Retort Pouches

Retort pouches are high performance, multilayer film structures that must survive steam-sterilization techniques to preserve contents within a package.  They are commonly used in food, condiment, and medical packaging applications. The adhesives used to manufacture retort pouches must not only meet the demanding performance requirements of the pouch, but typically must also meet higher FDA standards than adhesives used in more traditional packaging.
