MOR-AD M-805

Mor-Ad™ M-805 adhesive is an organosol-type modified polypropylene dispersion. The organic solvent used to make the dispersion is a high boiling aliphatic hydrocarbon. Mor-Ad M-805 adhesive stratifies. Homogeneity can be restored and maintained by moderate stirring with anair driven propeller mixer. Adheres metal substrates such as aluminum foil, steel or copper to themselves or polypropylene. Requires high drying temperatures to remove the solvent and to fuse the Morprime™ 10B adhesiveonto the metallic surface. Requires a thermal process to achieve bonding of the coated metal surface to itself or polypropylene.
