Robond™ L-100 is designed for use as either a one-component or a two-component, VOC compliant, waterborne adhesive for laminating flexible substrates. As the next generation segment in the Robond™ family of dry bond laminating adhesives, Robond™ L-100 builds on the versatility of Robond™ L-90D to deliver improved shear strength, heat, and chemical resistance when combined with CR 9-101. The CR 9-101 coreactant must be used at the recommended mix ratio to achieve the desired higher performance properties.

The principal uses for Robond™ L-100/CR 9-101 are to laminate a variety of substrates including treated polyolefins (minimum 38 dynes/cm²), PVDC-coated substrates, metallized films, nylon, and treated polyesters. These laminations are intended for snack foods, dry food, condiment and other medium performance packaging. Other application uses are possible, subject to performance trials and testing.
