ADCOTE™ 37P295HV

ADCOTE™ 37P295HV is a heat seal coating based on high–molecular weight ethylene interpolymers. Compared to ADCOTE™ 37P295-BW, it offers higher viscosity for better holdout on porous substrates, such as paper. This heat seal coating is typically used to coat and seal paper and various plastic substrates to create flexible lidding for food packaging. It also has utility as a pigment binder, laminating adhesive, or primer. ADCOTE™ 37P295HV has a relatively low heat seal temperature and forms a nonblocking film with good hot tack properties.

Features & Benefits

This product exhibits good adhesion to Mylar, polyethylene, polypropylene, aluminum foil, and PVDC-coated glassine paper. This product has good block resistance to packaging films and has excellent hot tack.
